Are you a Digital Entrepreneur or aspire to be one?

Are you a Stay-At-Home Mom looking to generate extra income?

Are you a Freelancer, Coach, Consultant or Author who has been struggling to earn extra income from your expertise with online courses?

In this course I show you the easiest solution to over come these challenges - creating and selling online courses!

Do you hate your job?

Do you dream of making a passive income from Online Courses but just don't know where to start?

Do you have a course you just know will sell but cannot get it off the blocks?

Have you launched a course but its sales are disappointing?

It took me six months to create my first online course

My first attempt at creating an online course failed - the audio was terrible

For my second attempt which also failed, I realised I had to get an HD camera and improve the lighting

On my third attempt, good audio and HD video my course made me $1,000 in the first month

Too many courses tell you what to do but keep the best parts of how to do it for their follow up course

Together we will discover how to:

  • Plan a course that will sell

  • Produce high quality, engaging and informative course content

  • Publish your course with a launch strategy

  • Promote to grow your sales

  • Profit from all your hard work

We are going to do this together- step by step.

Plan. Produce. Publish. Promote. Profit.

It’s all here and when I learn new tactics and strategies. So do you.

I want you to stop and think what you would do with $1,000 if you could make it from an online course -even if it took several months to earn it?

Now think of two good ways to spend some of that money investing in yourself!

This Course is not like any other and 149,065 enrolments in my courses with an overall instructor rating of 4.40 is the proof!

In the past seven years I have built a consistent 5 figure income from my online courses. Last year we moved house and I did little or no work for six months and my income went up!

I'm really enjoying this course. The MAIN reason I haven't made a course for Udemy is fear of putting in all the work and having no one purchase the course.
I think this superb gentleman knows exactly how to get around that, and the fear is diminishing as I progress. Unless something catastrophic happens, I'm going all the way to finishing my first course following this instruction.
Will update after the course.

Some good ideas and very well presented and explained. Lots of repetition which, while occasionally obvious that it was a previous course bolted on, was actually useful for cementing ideas and demonstrating some of the concepts of repurposing material.

I found this course is disappointingly out of date, especially since the "last updated" date on the Udemy page says Feb of 2020. Some lectures state that they were recorded in 2015, and this is 2021. It made me wonder how much of the remainder of the course was also six years old.

This is a very broad ... but shallow ... course, made up of several courses put together in a disorganized fashion. For example, the same topics were covered several times, in several unrelated videos - like email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, Udemy Insights, keyword marketing, content marketing, competitive research, etc.

I found the range of topics to be very broad, but too general for me.

For example, there were several videos ... in several different sections ... explaining over and again that email marketing was important because it was important to stay in contact with customers, and I could use an autoresponder to automate the process, and be sure and email out info that would be of interest to customers, and don't email them too frequently. But specific info about which autoresponder might be best / cheapest / easiest to use / best able to accommodate "small" or "large" email lists, best for email "deliverability" (without spam issues) etc, was not available.

This Master Class also included some podcasts that were only loosely related to creating and selling courses on Udemy, like Time Management and the Psychology of Colors. While potentially interesting, this information wasn't closely enough related to the title of this Master Class to be relevant to me.

In the middle of studying this particular course, I went to the section in Udemy explaining what equipment to use, how to organize video lessons, how to use some simple and fun teaching and video techniques, and more. I found these videos to be extremely (extremely!) concise and helpful ... and even a bit fun. For anyone interested in creating the best possible video classes on Udemy, these videos are a "must watch."

From this Master Class, I was looking for a more concise class, with more in-depth info, more specifically related to creating Udemy courses, and the best uses of the Udemy platform to deliver and market the courses.

This course might be good for beginning Udemy and online marketing students who want to learn a good bit about WHAT is available, especially regarding marketing ideas ... but who don't yet need the specifics of HOW to actually execute the strategies. I am an experienced online marketer, very familiar with WHAT is available. I am now dedicatedly more interested in HOW to actually make this particular strategy, or that specific piece of software, or this specific technique, work correctly.

Some info in this course was incorrect - eg: the author recommended giphy.com as a source to get animated gifs to send out in emails promoting products or services for sale. However, when I read through the Terms of Service on the giphy.com website, they clearly state that their gifs are not to be used for commercial use. This lead me to wonder what other info in the course might also be out of date and / or incorrect.

There were areas where the author has spent an inordinate amount of time collecting and deeply analyzing data, especially with spreadsheets. And he provided templates of his spreadsheets for students. I found some of this data to be helpful, eg: pie charts of the myriad of different classes available on Udemy. This clearly broadened my mind as to what classes might be more or less "popular" on Udemy, and what classes I might be interested in creating. However, I couldn't help but to wonder if this data was also collected in 2015 ... and how applicable it may or may not be in 2021.

The author clearly put plenty of time, energy, effort, study and yes, even enthusiasm, into the multiple courses and over 200 video lessons that he combined together to create this "master class." However, the lack of organization, repetition, and out of date, superficial depth of training was less than I expected, especially given the credentials of the instructor, and the generous course description of all that I would learn from taking the Course.

I like John's delivery and enthusiasm. He speaks very clearly and concisely and I like his honesty about his own mistakes. I feel that I will come away from this with a strong grounding in course creation, which I look forward to applying to my first course.
