As someone who is his whole life in fitness and sports generally, as an amateur, of course, I think this is great for beginners. For me, as well, I will start doing the grip that I didn't do before, and change my meal plan a bit.

What is the instructors credentials. Seems like he just reformatted his personal trainer. The video taping is inferior i would pull this course and redo. As for exercises should have had a qualified trainer demonstrate for people who do not know.

I really enjoyed learning the whole group muscle exercises instead of specific ones only. The limited number presented improves your focus instead of too many at one time. Also, the foods and supplements will help slim you down.
The author is very engaging and knowledgeable and gives extra tips others might not tell you. I will be getting most of his courses in the future.
