I will show you exactly how an 8-year old boy who I know personally was able to remember 200 numbers within 120 seconds. I do not promise you that you will be that good but that I can BOOST your memory by at least 300% instantly!
HOW TO USE SOFTWARE TOOLS (SUCH AS ANKI) TO BECOME A GREAT STUDIER - We will together look at Anki, an intelligent notecard software which helped me to remember 5000 Chinese characters in less than 1 year! This application is completely free and can be used with almost any device!
PRACTICAL LEARNING TECHNIQUES - We will analyze how you learn and build on the knowledge we gained from that. It is your task to then assess the problems you have with learning; I will give you a clear guideline on how to do that!

It’s convenient for me to learn on the road. and what I learn is about method to learn some new things quickly. It’s amazing to have it.
You think by learning the techniques of this course, you can pull out the "magic bullet". But no, a simple google search on study methods can be found all in this 'paid' video.

this course is poor and repetetive. he reads the slide simply. it's boring.
Let me start with the good bits.
Leon articulates his thoughts well and ensures his point gets across.
I shall suggest the "points" themselves be better and of more value.
The thing is, in this course, there is not much to take away except for the part that you have to repeat information and the suggestion to use a tool called Anki - which is not much for the amount of time spent going through the course. Also this is not new learning.
Sorry I dont have much compliments to give but I certainly dont wish to discourage Leon. Yes, such courses are needed. Perhaps it can improve more in terms of content and learnings and also demonstrations of success for the participant.
I am a 33 years old IT engineer. There was nothing new in the course for me. Not because i studied such topic before. Simply because anyone who already think in an organized way, probably figured out 90% of this course content already intuitivly.
So again. This course might be good for student from years of 8-22.

Leon is a very smart individual. If you are looking for new ways to increase your learning and reading productivity, then look no further. Tricks to memorize a list information faster and zoom through pages of details are all included in the lessons.
Most importantly, be prepared to be regretful. But regretful that you did not use these techniques while in school!

I bought this class several years ago and ran through it several times to make sure I had a clear understanding. I really struggled with college the first time I tried, I didn't have a solid foundation for really learning complex ideas. Just the normal western education "just remember it long enough to get the answer on the test right" theory that's really killing innovation and progress.
After applying the ideas discussed in this course, I've just finished a Computer Science degree with a 3.92 overall and 4.0 in all major coursework. One class that SCARED me going in, Database Security Analysis, I 360-no-scoped every assignment, project, and exam. I didn't even think that was possible, and I'd never heard of anyone going spotless for an entire semester in an upper division CS class.
