Yes, this is a great match for me as I can relate to the subject matter well. I have jumped into workout routines with out doing these steps and failed in my weight lost journey and understand the Self-discipline correlating with the same discipline it takes to correctively Self-Discipline in the work environment.

Maybe I did not hear nothing new, but it is great to hear that I've already know most of the keynotes and (what is probably even more important) I am following most of the suggestions.

For other students, in my opinion after finishing this course it will be great to work on EQ.
