Great to see the upgrade and account model conversion process walked through from start to finish! The only down side is that some of the steps in the process do not translate directly if you are working in the lightening experience.

The design of this course is analogous to a NPSP 3.0 upgrade project with step by step hands-on experience notwithstanding a bit too fast for newbie. Good information as a preparation for the real upgrade project.

The course begins with a good, general overview that I think I will find helpful to keep track of things when specifics come into play later on.
I liked the detailed step-by-step approach that demonstrated how to overcome common errors encountered with data migration. It would be of immense benefit to use this to course as a guidebook to follow along while performing your own upgrade.
