I have never done pilates before and thought it would be easy... the challenge seems easy on day 1; however, the challenge becomes greater every day - but hang in there as it is quite a positive experience. I now am more focused on my centre and how to make it stronger. I highly recommend this course for anyone who wishes to explore what pilates can offer them.

I started with Alycea's book. The videos bring everything to life. She is a great teacher. I'm a 59-year old male. The pilates program has really helped my flexibiility and getting rid of minor back pain developed from other types of exercise, especially weight training. The bonus is also feeling more energetic.

This course contains a complete body workout. I'm a longtime home reformer Pilates devotee. This workout allows me to take on the road learn some new exercises, and I don't have to be afraid of losing my edge. Alycea explains everything. I'm hooked.

This series of classes has a terrific flow of exercises with an ongoing explanation of the principals of Pilates. The exercises touch every body part for a complete workout. And they work well for everyone, newcomers through experienced practitioners. I will commit this workout to memory; it's a great one to have when traveling as it can be performed anywhere.
