For me I allow my circumstance dictate who am I where this is just a job and it is what I do for meeting living expenses. It does not define me at all. This is the mental anguish I suffer with soul sucking jobs. Fighting the mind game of I'm not a loser if I mess up or if so and so is upset with me. So what. let them be mad, I'm going home at 5pm.
