I do have course called Tweetme that covers building twitter-like service. That course will show you how to create a social network step-by-step. I do encourage you to take that course but I'll say this course should be taken first for a key reason...
Validation. Proving any project is worth your effort and time can be very challenging. Proving that a social network is viable is also VERY VERY challenging. eCommerce, on the other hand, it's very clear if your project is working: it's either making sales or it's not.
Here's the thing. I want you to build a super successful project and change your life as a result of that project. I believe the only way you can do that is by committing yourself to working through projects from start to finish. This project is the result of everything I've ever done and learned in programming. I show you step-by-step to help you learn the context of how all of this is used. Along the way, I'll explain the WHY behind the HOW.

A very detailed and comprehensive course on Django covering almost every feature in Django. If you are totally new to Django, check out Justin's Try Django series on his YouTube channel as this course is not for beginners. For someone who has some experience with Django but wants to get really good at it, this course is perfect.
The instructor is talking over many (too many) things which he doesn't himself understand. I have to give him a credit - he _did_ build something, after all (though I am amazed he did accomplish that - maybe he wasn't the only contributor). As an instructor, therefore, he's not good.
This course is good and covers a lot of things, especially for “newbies” to e-commerce. But... I think it's will be good to update and fix some outdated and deprecated things
Justin is really experienced on Django and best in teaching. As someone mid level, sometimes i find his style sloppy and overcomplicating things yet he grasped well django internals and make new comers meet many related concepts like managers, signals and custom user models. I am expecting him to deliver a good project based on DRF and React, which is a
much more modern stack and easier than spagetti views.
Es buen curso pero ya es obsoleto, faltan muchas cosas por cubrir pero para empezar a entender cosas sobre Django y como funciona el backend de una pagina de eCommerce esta muy bien, simplemente tendrás que tener la documentación a mano para contrastar la vieja sintaxis de django 1.11 y la de la 1.3.2
Too quick, too many explenations skipped or delayed. Ends up in a confusionary course. Highly recommented to have the python basics and OOP.
