About This Course

A System plus tips and tricks for building and maintaining a health management system to maximize your learning.

Note: This course is not medical advice. Ask your doctor before making any changes you hear about in this course.

I'm no expert in health related topics. But I've developed some system and tips and tricks over the years that have worked for me.

I've been asked by students over the years what my health systems look like. This course aims to bring together all the strategies and systems I use, with a focus specifically on diet an exercise, with a few things on medical as well.

You'll start off learning my 14 principles in the first section.

Then we'll go over my health tips, and then after that, exercise tips.

After that we'll go over some of my thoughts on handling your medical care.

And there is a final section that contains other ideas that don't fit neatly in any of the above categories, such as learning ergonomics.

Everything in this course is geared around the most common health issues that accelerated learners tend to have, and the goal of maintaining consistent high learning performance in the short and long term.

That means...what should you do so that your brain is always ready and willing to learn, and retain, and go for an extended period of time without getting easily fatigued?

This course contains those answers.

See you on the inside,

Timothy

Some very interesting ideas. Not all of it was relevant. More geared to his stated target audience of 20 something males I thought, but I still appreciated the thinking behind it.

I liked the different perspective and ways of thinking about food and exercise. I was expecting to come across some fundamentalist thinking but didn't get it. There was stuff I disagreed with, but mostly because my situation is not the same I guess.

The course was not just some regurgitated 4 hour body strategy, but showed some real thought about the emotional and motivational impact of food and exercise.

Some really useful takeaways like dealing with cravings and having backup plans for exercise and organizing around basic principles and frames

Helped me to look at my overall health and exercise habits from new and different perspectives and as a result I will be running a few "health" experiments to see how my body reacts to certain inputs.

I especially enjoyed the concept of using an algorithm for cravings.

Thank you TK for sharing your thoughts with us.

I liked it. Even though I'm someone who sees himself as a pretty healthy person already, it had some great universal principles and models to use in every day life.
