He just reads the slides. The audio and editing is not good. The content is really basic but there are a few good tips. Would be much better with real personal examples.

This course explains the "big picture" of outsourcing parts of your business from conception to full automation. This is my 3rd course I have taken on outsourcing (first on udemy), and I must say, I am very impressed.
Ben explains why there is a big difference between hiring freelancers and hiring virtual assistants, and how you need to approach each of them differently. He even gives you some pre-written job write-up templates to copy and paste.
Overall, this course was great, and covered much more relevant material than I expected! It is easy to follow along, and he even includes a huge PDF file to help make sense of it all. Highly recommended!
As most of us know, outsourcing can be a pain in the a** especially when we are just beginning.
Handling employees (or your VAs) is not an easy task. I am sure most of us will face with a lot of problems especially when VA is still new to our team.
Comparing to the amount of time and money you are going to waste without a clear foundation, this course can be considered a great return on your investment. The low price you are going to pay is merely a slap on the wrist.

When I started out I had some bad luck with the people I hired and it was because I did not now how to interview correctly, or communicate correctly. This course shows you step by step how to avoid those mistakes when starting out. Big time and money saver. The tips, resources and scripts will help you avoid the same mistakes.
This course also makes a very good distinction between a Freelancer and a Virtual Assistant. I have had experience with hiring freelancers but I have never hired a VA. Section 4 covers the How to hire a VA, train them,pay them and most importantly track their work. I'm really excited. This is the next step of me to take my business to the next level.
