There is a significant overlap with Evan's other course about outsourcing (this one is bigger because it includes more wireframing lessons) but I don't get the reasoning behind the fact that there are two of them. Structure is good, advice is sound and the knowledge you gain here can indeed help you when choosing to go with the outsourcing route, especially if you're a beginner.
