About This Course

Richard Wilkins, the UK's Minister for Inspiration, and Tom Cassidy's mentor, shows us 9 tools for instant happiness.

Instant Happiness. Why Wait?

Richard Wilkins, the UK's Minister For Inspiration tells it like it is. Because it's easier that way. Here's some quotes from the course:

'Most people haven't got a f****** clue who they are.'

'Dying people don't bull****'

'There's more people smiling in a hospice, than the checkout in Tesco'

'I'm not going to give you a list of 10 things to do. Why not?

Because you WON'T DO 'EM!'

So, what this course WILL do is give you is results. Every single one of Richard's tools, on its own would be enough to give you a massive change in your life.

And all of them put together is just dynamite.

Expect to be astounded. :)

In this course, Tom Cassidy, the leading Personal Development Instructor here on Udemy, asks Richard to go through his tools for instant happiness.

You can do the course in an afternoon, and start applying it instantly. You don't need to master anything, or get better at anything.

Be warned:

This course is like walking through a door. A door with only one handle. You can never go back.

  • By the end of the course you will know how to be happy instantly. At will. Without drama and trickery.

  • You will learn that the voice in your head talking you out of being happy, being awesome, being great is not you.

  • You will know how to apply the tools of The Script, The Sausage Machine, Simpson's Syndrome and many others, moment to moment to help you feel good when you most want to. i.e. NOW!

This is a very well presented course, which I enjoyed thoroughly. Richard certainly knows his onions, as does his co-presenter Tom.
It will probably make you laugh and think. It may even change the way you think.

Nothing but a thinly disguised infomercial. I have sat through 43% of this course so far and I am just not going to invest any more of my time and attention into listening to this "trying-too-hard-to-be-quirky" fellow rambling on in circles about the same thing, from slightly different angles per episode, over and over again. He keeps on about the wonders people have achieved on his various 5 day (or other) seminars, but never really gets around to making an actual point for the present audience to take home.

And if someone is going to say something about how I just missed the best part by not pressing on, I will have to answer that if he has not managed to capture my attention or imagination at 43% into the course, then he's doing it wrong. Having a host sitting there, pretending to be interested, pretending to take notes, and reading occasional questions and pretend comments off a teleprompter, does not improve this presentation one bit. But the host does offer one redeeming morsel: he's really good at giving one last meaningful gaze into the camera at the end of every episode (calling these "lessons" would be a flagrant misuse of the English language). In fact, it's that one glance that even kept me going for this long watching this nonsense.

Sadly, I bought this course too long ago to even hope for a refund, but truly these guys should be paying me for my time for participating in what was completely mislabeled as a "course". I really have to wonder at the good reviews...
