This course is a great place to begin a meditation practice. I truly appreciated that the techniques are demystified and easy to grasp with simple anchors to start from. This course provided great practical tips and allowed me to practice those tips during actual meditations. It also provided an "in the moment" technique to help reduce stress that might arise during the day. Only took an hour to go through the whole course.
