The overall content was pretty good, but most of it fairly common knowledge. I think it is a far cry from a "master class" and more an introduction course. Like another student commented, the use of he/him/his in the majority of examples was distracting when they could have easily been used and just as effective.

I really enjoyed the information on non- verbal image, as well as, the practical examples given. I feel that other examples to dig more into a manager life would have been helpful not only limit it to one per each segment. Another aspect is that although I found the examples very relatable , the abuse of couple or wife /husband examples could have been omitted or only mentioned once, it gets a bit tiring.
As a feedback, I would have like to see the instructor with no glasses, the backdrop and the natural setting makes it very easy to watch and is indeed relaxing, however always being with sunglasses seems a bit off for a course..but I get it the sun.. thanks for putting this out, I appreciate the extra resource provided as an ebook.
