Not much information as yet. Some, but not as much as I think there could have been. Just my opinion. Hoping as the course progresses it will be more informative. Half-finished, and some info is given on macronutrients, but mostly on the psychology of eating. Wasn't what I was expecting from the course title. Also, the background noise was disturbing at times.

It has some good information about macronutrients but I wish the sound quality was much better. It feels like this was taken from a live presentation at a corporate without that flow.
