Perhaps I'm a little too advanced for this course. I just found the code was a little too basic and extremely simple. You are also using Jquery a lot instead of Javascript. A lot of the on-scroll issues could just be done with the IntersectionObserver which is a more modern and efficient way of doing this. This course isn't bad, it just isn't very good. You will learn something if you are a beginner, but maybe not in the best way. Maybe I'm just not a fan of his teaching style. Its an ok course just not enough, some more explanation would be nice and if the text wasn't so zoomed in. As another review also mentioned. Its just very dull.

This CSS animation course has potential, but I found it somewhat dull. Perhaps making it more user-friendly would greatly enhance the learning experience.

Learned a lot, and the presentation was engaging and well designed. The instructor also answered a question I submitted very quickly, even though the course is a couple of years old.

Nicely explained animations of the background images. I was trying to learn this from YouTube but nobody really explained it the way Donovan does it. Thanks a lot!

I've followed CSS Rocks for about a year now. I've been doing more programming lately and thought I'd have some fun with animations
