Wish to see an update in rails 6, this one seems to be in Rails 4...
I think even tho the course was beginner friendly, he missed some of the crucial errors that one can face in establishing a Rails environment for web apps.
Some more background information would be nice. What are these apps/ systems. So far this is just a step by step...
Very good course. Delivers exactly what it promised and the code was accurate and resources were clear.
Very very basic info. Not covered a lot of standard features which are present in each app with payments.
Due to the comment "Ruby 2 dot something."
Due to the comment "Rails version 5 dot something"
Just a pain to try and figure out what version your using and second guess if the tutorial is even accurate on versioning.
not really explaining why doing all this
Course is good to understand connectivity with Stripe but is a bit fast-paced and could do with switching out some of the incremental page development with more information about e.g. configuring different email templates with Stripe.
Just finished , it was great. I'm new to Ruby on Rails and Stripe and learnt a lot. I will use everything I learnt here in the future !
