This course is a very good introduction to Microsoft Visio 2010. It included most of the things you need to know to get using the software. Well done!
Most of the content of this course can be grasped without specific Visio training if you know Microsoft Office programs at all (dragging and dropping, right clicking, etc.). There is no 'meat' to this course and it does not providing training on visio specific language (swim lanes, shape sheets, etc.). When they do talk about a Visio specific topic, like stencils, they talk about how you find different stencils and get the shapes off the stencil, but don't really tell you what a stencil is or what it's for. I was very disappointed.
