Even though the course does cover the different aspects mentioned in the description, I can't help to be disappointed.
1. Very, very basic
For a course of 150 EUR I would expect a lot more valuable content. Luckily I bought it at a huge reduction, else I would feel ripped heavily. I realized it was a short course with only 1.5 hrs of video, but especially considered the price I had much higher expectations.
Basically the course teaches you how you could setup a WordPress website, how to install the Aliplugin plugin and it sheds a light on how to use it. Yet it f.ex. leaves out where to get the plugin, what the advantages and expectations are, how to use it effectively (e.g. make people return to your site rather than directly to the Aliexpress website), what the disadvantages are, how to create a multilingual affiliate site, ...
2. Bad advice
Some advice is really bad. E.g.
-- It really is not at all recommended to leave the username to 'admin' when installing WordPress. That's the first username tried by hackers.
-- It's generally bad practice to make changes to plugins or themes. These get lost when you update them. I didn't look at the Aliplugin yet, but find it hard to believe you cannot replace the logos and slides from within the WordPress admin, e.g. in the settings or through the Customizer.
3. Not very engaging and a bit messy
I feel the instructor did not really prepare this course well. He's showing how he does some things, but you can see he makes some mistakes and is not really sure about what he's saying.
E.g. in the last video he shows how to add a YouTube video to your site. He shows where to copy the embed code, where to paste it in a blog or page, but doesn't mention that you can also simply paste the URL since YouTube is an oEmbed provider (https://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds), obviously he does not explain the differences between these methods, yet he also doesn't explain how to change the embed code according to your needs. Once included he tries to click the video in the editor and, while this may be poor judgement from my side, he seems surprised it doesn't start playing.
