A very basic course, it stays mostly on layouts and controls and does not cover what I expect to be important topics, like FXML or the scene builder. I fast-forwarded lesson videos most of the time because they are very straighforward and repetitive.
Explanations are clear though, and may help a beginner in never loosing a bit of what is being said.

Good, but it's a bit boring and repetitive. E.g. if you create buttons in the calculator you don't need to show how that is done for every button. Instead, create the first button as an example, and leave the rest to the student. Finally show the correct solution.
