They class is good. The teacher's accent makes it a little bit hard for me,as a person whose mother language is not English, to follow up. In the first several classes, the teacher just repeated some sentences several times which is not necessary.

Really disappointed! Well if I have been read on the title : How to evaluate a business opportunity... I would expect from the course that it will explain to me how to understand if to get into a business is worth or not. Here for more than half part of the whole course teacher is speaking about : What is a Venture Capital, Private Equity, Shares price ... all elements that are totally useless for someone that have to decide if has to ride some business ( Maybe can be usefull for someone that has to invest in a business but in this case the topics are not covered and explained in a deeply way...so finally at the end you will just have an idea ). Finally the Cash Flow Statement part that would be the core is covered in a shallow way and without any practical information on how to figure out cash in flow and cash out, the teacher limit himself to say that each business is different and you have to figure out, in my opinion and experience it is right but you can show how to figure out a sales forecast not just show the number of forecasted sales. So if you are not a novice, don't waste 2 hours of your time! Fortunately I got it for free!
