I love Darren's pace of explaining. It's like 1,5x speed in every other course I've seen.
Undcripted and fast moving but if you have familiarity with the components, you will learn a lot.
I don’t like the “unscripted” approach. Too much extraneous talk between the learning points. Often menu selections were too fast to learn what presenter was doing.
I've been a PHP/Laravel/JS developer for over 5 years but I am a novice when it comes to Word Press. Our instructor (Darrel Wilson) explains every step and makes things easy to understand.

Delivery far too fast. Experienced Teachers talk slowly, enunciating clearly, this presenter machine-guns his words, consequently the learner is left behind very quickly.
Cursor hits are done with little chance of the learner seeing where the cursor was clicked, so Menus suddenly appear for no reason, as far as the learner is concerned.
The presenter knows what he is doing, and assumes the learner does too, AND HE DOESN'T! The learner is very quickly lost off.
So far the course has been no help for a beginner. I can only hope it improves or it will be money wasted.
