If it is necessary to pay for the Webstorm text editor that the instructor will be using to teach the rest of the course, that should be said at the beginning of the course not in section 6. Now I feel like I kind of wasted a lot of time if I'm not going to be able to apply the knowledge that I learn in the video walkthrough. It should not be expected for you to pay for a subscription to a text editor. I can only learn by doing, so it is not advantageous to be without the tool the instructor will be using.
Faculty has unique way of teaching which gives us opportunity to learn with ease and without getting overwhelmed with information
You'll really appriciate this course after doing some other courses. Its awesome. Too bad Todd does not give lecture in everything in the world.
In general, it was an amazing course. But if it's still being on sale the author should make a new video about VSC (he introduced 4 programs to use, 2 are not recommended, 1 is paid and the best option is not available anymore). Fighting with the outdated approach to git. made me almost quit the course and question everything in the following sections. I know that tech is developing and changing but, the video was recorded 7 years ago, and it is still on sale so a new video about git, VSC, and svg is necessary.
I hope Todd will make them, because it's a great course amazingly organized.

Todd has a great way of taking in all the documentation and reformatting the material to be more easily digestible. Plus he teaches you how to look through the documentation to find the source of truth. An invaluable skill for any type of developer.
