Good introduction to different bodyweight exercises that can be easily done in the comfort of your own home, with increasing levels of difficulty to challenge different fitness levels most people fall into. Demonstrations are very clear, showing different angles of how to maintain form for each particular exercise. Highly recommended!

Content looks good. One thing is missing- he is not mentioning which body part the exercise targeted and also before starting these should be need the warmup or not.

This course is amazing! Excellent instruction. Very good progressive workouts, I couldn't do the last two very well but something to work up to. The fitness test at the beginning was accurate at predicting my fitness level for the workouts. Also, the handouts and resources are supportive and easy to access. Impressively designed course!

I think this is great workout when you have little time to do so. Just 20 mins of a HIIT and I feel the workout! Amazing start beginner HIIT Athletes!
