A Yoga Practice led by Paula Fortunato

This course shares information about the benefits of a Yin Yoga practice. Students will learn about the importance of living a balanced lifestyle. Concentrating on the hips and hamstrings this course will train students how to lengthen and release the connective tissue of the hips, spine and legs. Learning how to approach this type of practice will be explained. Students will practice creating a mind/body connection and learn how to consciously relax.

I had the feeling she was/is more interested in showing how flexible she is very poor as a teacher. Sorry but I would truly like my money back I don't know how to do that. Sorryagain

As a yoga teacher myself for the past 8 years, I can recommend this course as an excellent classic routine that can benefit in relief from pain or tightness in common areas our body stores pain and shortening of the fascia as a result of injury or misalignment!

Loved these movements and pauses for my back. I'm really tall so it was great to be able to fully extend, support and stretch my back out. I also have ZERO yoga equipment so learning what I could use around my house to achieve the same results was really wonderful too :) Thanks Paula!!
