About This Course

A Simple, Science-Based Approach to Getting The Career You Deserve.

This programme is essentially the hugely popular 'Everyday Mind Mastery' course, applied to getting your dream job. It works.

Ben Franklin first came up with the concept of achieving mastery by focusing on just one thing at a time and Tom and Angela systematized the principles and created the 13x4 concept.

This course take the fundamentals of designing and landing your dream career and puts them into the simple 13x4 system to create the maximum results with the minimum effort.

“I had the distinct pleasure of attending a couple of Tom’s career seminars recently while he was in Austin, TX. His presentations flowed with a mix of humor, science and concrete examples which kept me engaged and eager for the next nugget of wisdom. Among the many nuggets, Tom demonstrated how we can all access our genius and bring choice to our lives. Tom’s passion and ability to show how science can work for you in daily life is inspiring, energizing and uplifting. I highly recommend Tom for career advice or transition.” January 18, 2012

“Angela provided me with career transition consulting and my only regret was not finding her sooner! From the help re-writing my resume, to the worksheets that helped me to understand my key competencies (very useful for competency-based interviews), to understanding the importance of networking and LinkedIn. Every piece of information and advice Angela gave me was incredibly helpful and definitely got me out of my job search rut. In addition, her upbeat and positive attitude made it an all around pleasant experience working with her. Angela is the ultimate expert at what she does.” June 11, 2011

I'm at section 2 now... and this course is just way too unorganized: Freestyle in a lecture is ok, we have a lot of talks like this when having guest speakers. But freestyle without preparation will lead a great lecture incomprehensible.

I was very excited and looking forward to learning about the 13x4, but I'm completely lost after the first lecture... There's no focal point, structure, or flow of how this lecture will be unfolded. The content itself is definitely appealing, worth learning, and exciting, but it has to be more well-organized. For example, when the idea of "Impression to increase" came out, there should immediately be an explanation or attached resources to support this phrase.

And the writing on the board is distracting. Those are not consistent with what lectures are saying, and a lot of graphs and texts are not making points really. Make sure whenever things are written, they are making a good point and are in an organized manner helping the audience to understand the talk better. Thank you

On my third week of using he wheel and it is really helpful as an umbrella of support to my job search. The concept was a little hard to understand at first and I had to do other research to figure it out but now that I got it...great system. If you feel ungrounded in your job search this system is a great tool for focus. Lots of good tips in the course in addition to the 13x4 system.

This system strikes the perfect balance between Positive Thinking and Action. The course provides clear steps to start an empowered career search while minimizing the feeling of overwhelment . I notified them of a faulty video and they promptly responded and they had even re-uploaded it by the next morning. I still can't get over how the system seamlessly marries attitude and action.

I found this course to be very helpful in organizing my job search. There is a great deal of information and suggestions to follow. Also, as with most online training, I was able to listen to the lectures and review the materials at my own pace.

This course is simply amazing!

When i enrolled for it i wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out to be one of the most useful courses i ever took.

The ideas behind the system are very well presented and easy to follow.

The "one step at a time" approach gives me a structured way to think and behave while preparing for my next job.

The biggest surprise for me was the late addition to the course - "Tom's Career Design Seminar in Austin" lecture.

It really showed me a totally new and inspiring perspective from which to look at my life from now on.

I definitely recommend this course to everyone who is looking for a new job or just wants to live a better life and is not sure where to start the change from.
