It was interesting and I did learn new things but I don't think it was the best course for me.

I have a few story ideas for short stories or novels, but didn't know exactly how to start. There is a myriad of sources out there (Pinterest, the faithful rabbit hole), but this is a very good course to start out with. It's relatively short, but clear throughout each video.

This is still early on but so far I sense that I am going to enjoy the course and learn lots from it as I embark upon writing my life story. I had already bought Scrivener but now I hear that this software will only get in my way. I rather intuited that but didn't give it a second thought until I just heard that now. I think I could set up an outline using Word. Maybe I'll try that and abandon Scrivener. Just wasted some $$$ though.

So far it doesn't seem like I am learning a lot. Hopefully it will pick up. This picked up nicely particularly the discussions on Structuring and then dialogue.

Before taking the course, I just wrote things without going anywhere.
Now after taking the class thus far, I wrote with a plan, and with an end in mind.
