I was looking for an advanced tutorial that explains the different filters and settings; but was disappointed as this training is really beginners oriented. If you are a newbie, this is a good starting point. The overall quality could be strongly improved. The trainer has a good voice and pace, but he obviously did no rehearse before the recordings. He is thinking loudly, making live tests, yawning, cell phone ringing, etc.

The presenter may know his topic, but he is not a natural teacher. The content came accross as disorganised, unfocused and unprepared. Poor choice to use his own voice recordings as examles as it becomes confusing and distracting to differentiate between his teaching comments and the content of his audio examples.

It is ok for now. The instructor is going over the icons rather fast. The instructor said he would explain the icons in more detail as he creates and edit audios. If he explains along the way as he said he would then that will be ok with me.

I am into Udemy courses for sometime, but this is the first one, that has a really unprofessional way of teaching. The instructor is himself not confident about the methods and he is just meddling with the process on the way.
This is my worst experience in Udemy, and I feel that I have lost my money.

Audacity is quite a powerful software, but I think that showing the mouse arrow moving around on the screen clicking on some of the several options, adding just a few words of comment is not enough for a course. On my opinion, some basic principles about managing digital audio has to be explained, even if in a concise way, and - as an italian guy - I found the speech a bit too informal and poor in details.
I think if you're a beginner you won't probably understand much of what you'll be doing on your audio and if you already knnow something about the topic, you'll probably be able to easily learn the software by playing around a little bit.
