I knew a little bit about AJAX from other courses before and I wasn't sure how this would worked. However, after taking this course, I think I have better understanding about AJAX.

I hope I can see more extra featured lectures in this course.

Most of the times, he didn't explain as much what each line of code was when he was doing, assuming you already know it. Most of the time, he would only invite students to buy another of his courses to understand what he was doing. I'm not asking him to teach other courses on this one, but if he is showing something, he should explain more. Also, from the beginning, he was more concerned with getting a good review than giving an introduction to the course. He also added more stuff and inserted on the top of the course, making it confusing with the course flow. However, he seems to know his subject from him and you can get something from him.

As in other Edwin's courses he is up to the point, gives clear explanations and good examples. I have finished his PHP courses and a DOM course and I have successfully implemented knowledge gained through this courses in real life projects. Same applies to this course.

Gave up half way through the course.

The code is a mess (a seasoned coder myself, just wanting to learn AJAX). It's all over the place, half the code hidden all the time because of so many blank lines between each code line, jumping up and down all the time. Teaching someone to code also means teaching them good practices when it comes to code formatting, adding comments to the code so that another person who checks it out knows what the intent was (and to make debugging/upgrades easier).

I did get the basics though and I thank you for that.

muy buen curso, va directo a los temas, sin gastar mucho tiempo explicando cada detalle, pues se asume que ya los conoces o tiene una idea de lo que son, de esta forma se mantiene la explicación en el tema central.
