Lot's of info. I had to open PS on my computer, stop the lesson, and try out what was just demonstrated. Also some things on Windows are different than Mac so I had to check out how to perform the function in Windows.

There was no support file supplied for this video. The instructor moved way too fast and didn't explain how he was doing things. I would do just as well trying to figure it out on my own.
